Job Description

Responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives. This will be accomplished through researching, developing, and communicating insights internally and externally.Identification of market influences.
- Assist with creation and deployment of marketing strategy.
- Assist in coordinating various marketing methods.
- Internship Duration: (up to 6 Months) with the possibility of a full time job
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Primary field of study should be "Marketing Communication"
- Strong Communication (verbal/written), organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills for interaction with customers, tenants, and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
- Work well independently and as a team
