Job Description

-The main purpose of this role is to ensure effective process implementation in the domain of operations, via an on ground team.
-Maintain and retain the number of partner establishments in the specific area, managing end-to-end client relationships including but not limited to onboarding, staff training and troubleshooting.
-Allocating, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall operations process in the assigned geographical area. Being able to build and lead a high performance team is a key responsibility and needed skill in this role.
