Job Summary
The Production Executive will be responsible for managing and implementing events and multifaceted projects on behalf of the company’s clients. Project may include product launches, conferences, corporate events, thematic events, MICE events.

Key Skills
? Experience in Events and Promotion.
? Sourcing and Management of staff, event crew and security.
? Draft and adhere to event project budget and estimation.
? Prepare and Manage documents to track cost and expenses.
? Vendor contacts, contracts and agreement.
? Execution of the ideas.
? Develop agendas/timelines.
? Act as the company liaison for the event production team.
? People Management Skill- able to provide clear direction.
? Creative Flair, Ability to make quick decisions.

Job Requirement
? Event Production experience preferred.
? Excellent communication skills are required.
? Extremely organized.
? Great interpersonal and leadership skills- must be resourceful.
? Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
? Highly confident , energetic

Travel Requirement: Heavy travel is associated with this position.

Qualification: Graduate
