Should know all long staying Guests, be aware of their preferences and take extra care of them.
To pay courtesy calls during Guests on local sight seeing areas and shopping facilities when required.

To arrange airport transfer as well as day use cars with the travel desk.
To reconfirm airline tickets of guest as per request.
To receive, check in escort Guest to their rooms as per standard operating procedures.
Should be conversant with the different facilities provided in the rooms.
Should have complete knowledge about hotel facilities such as restaurants, ticketing, shopping areas, banqueting facilities etc.
