Responsible to register customer complaint and coordinate with customer and concern department to solve complaint in time, effectively & efficiently. Also responsible for record keeping & documentations, service engineer deputations and management.
Responsible to maintain complain register & to acknowledge complaints, etc.
Candidate with Bachelor or master degree (B.Com in English medium / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BA – English / MA- English / BCA / MCA / BE Mechanical) with good written as well as verbal English Communication Skill may apply.
