Job Description
ob Description for Security Officer/Chief Security Office/Head Security Cadre of Manager/Sr.Manager.
Responsible for Head of the Department.
Responsibility for the entire security control of men and material of the company.
Responsible for effective gate control of all the records pertaining to all the incoming and outgoing materials.
Receiving the visitors and guiding them properly with necessary visitors pass.
Preparation and submission of daily contractor intake.
Periodical patrolling in and around the factory and colony areas.
Responsible for maintain security, Safety and fire of the colony residents.
Maintain cordial relationship with the entire HODS/Second level officers and shorting out the security related problems.
Giving feedback of daily security, intelligence and vigilance reports to higher officials.
Responsibility for welfare of the contract security guards and imparts follow-up training to them in respect of security, Fire and safety parade drills.
Ensuring quality of security by assigning the new security staff proposed contractor for deployment.
To find out new agencies to get quality of service when existing contractors/agency is not complying asper our WO.
Taking interview of new security personal proposed for deployment by the agencies.
Qualification: Any Graduate Like: BA/B Com/B Sc or any other qualification.
Most preferable for EX-Defense person.
Experience: 15 - 20 Years of Experience as Security ASO/SO/CSO with very good Manufacturing/Power Plant or any other reputed Industry.
