Job Description
Funds management and liasing with banks. Build relationship with banks.
* Working Capital Management
* Support AH Global Treasury in implementing funding strategy and capital structure for consolidated affiliates
* Support AH Global Treasury on the implementation of capital injection and entrusted loan.
* Prepare input to monthly cash forecast and monitor daily cash position and settlements for bank accounts held with local banks.
* Credit risk management and credit Limit review;
* Manage and continuously improve the process 'procurement to pay and workflow systems and ensure accurate account posting
* Timely reimbursenents and vendor payments
* Oversight the foreign currency payment procedure, handle submission of all documentation required for FX and foreign payments.
* Provide advice and support AH Global Treasury on bank accounts structures for compliance with local regulations.
* Responsible for selecting insurance program to migrate the risk in line with the corporate policy and follow up claims
* During the TSA period, identify funding needs and invest per Treasury guidance and manage bank relationships and signatory authority.
