Graduate or higher - BE, MTech, BTech, MSc, MCA
6-12 years’ experience in software application designing, development, and support, preferably for Banking /LENDING Domain
At least 5 years of experience in Java / J2EE design, OOP, JSP, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, XSLT
Experience in team management including project planning & monitoring, task allocation, time sheet review
Proven capability to collaborate with internal teams - testing, presales, sales, HR
Preferable exposure to project performance matrices like schedule performance, cos performance
Should have worked closely with client teams during various stages of project life cycle
Good level of written and spoken English
