An IT graduate/post-graduate from reputed university with good score.
Strong Communication (English) skills and documentation skills.
Should be able to communicate directly with the client.
Should be able to understand and monitor server functions like applications, services, printers, scheduled tasks etc.
Error reporting, and performing/documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
Able to work independently or in a team as per business needs.
Resolving escalated customer complaints.
Knowledge of Windows Servers (including 2008)
Knowledge of batch/DOS commands and VB Script
Exposure to any monitoring tools preferred.
