Job Description
he candidate must be versatile in their skills and qualities.They need foundational knowledge in finance and should have experiencein project finance, Corporate Finance, Preparing, Monitoring and ensure cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs,Payback periods, DSCRs, projected profitability and other financial parameters / reports to analyze inflow / outflow of funds and profits/surplus resulting thereof. Screening new projects, defining project description scope andconducting feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures projecting cash flow growth opportunities.Coordination with Banks, financial Institutions and consultants to arrange syndication of and raise funds from various Financialinstitutions / Banks / lease finance companies. Manage all activitiesrelated to funding tie -up financial closure, up to disbursement. Ratio Analysis, Preparation of CMA Data, Detailed Project report,independently and discussion with bankers and clients and go for visit with the banker for finalization of the project..
