Job Description

1. Design & develop brand concepts / designs in line with client briefs and expectations 2) Effective translation of ideas into visuals 3) Developing fresh, innovative and effective communications 4) Generates creative advertising ideas that are clear, persuasive, original and brand aware. 5) Works to raise the bar on the quality of creative output for brands; delivers high quality creative work. 6) Brainstorms ideas and concepts with other agency teams. 7) Works in a close-knit creative partnership with the copywriter to generate workable concepts and ideas. 8) Works on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines. 9) Evolving unique gimmick ideas as a part of Brand Management solutions and develop the dummies / prototype for presenting to the clients

1) Awesome visualization and conceptualization powers with out of box design sense 2) High sense of responsibility towards deadlines and maintain high standards of design

1) Graduation in - Commercial Arts / Fine Arts / Applied Art 2) Specialization or experience in display designing or visual merchandising will be an added advantage 3) Proficient in working on Coral Draw, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator etc 4) Fluent in English with good communication skills 5) positive attitude with an eye for design details 6) Team player and multi-tasker
