It is the prime location for the all white collared jobs and the companies offer good pay package. Not only is the pay packages appealing, but the city itself is very much appealing, it has a very pleasant weather.

It's quite a peaceful city, with good public transportation facilities. Bangalore holds a special position in global compass of the software industry.
